What can I say this product has been a miracle. My son was diagnosed with osgood-schlatter disease in both knees. He was in terrible pain and was taking himself out of games after just four minutes. This is completely unlike him. He is a high energy 13 year old that plays soccer all year long, basketball and lacrosse. He was not happy when the Dr. told him that taking time off from sports was his best course of action. When a friend recommended Oscon, I was skeptical and put off ordering it far to long. He said that his son had great results using your product.
Now I am so glad that I did order it. Within days my son was feeling much better and has resumed all activity without pain. He will be playing in an indoor lacrosse tournament today and will be going to a soccer tournament in February with the Olympic Development Program not to mention his daily sports practices and games. Hi Gary, it’s been three weeks now and my 12 year old son has gradually experienced less pain in his heel and knees thanks to your Oscon! He was almost totally hobbled by pain and his travel basketball and baseball were in jeopardy. Ibuprofen and icing twice daily did nothing to manage the pain he was having. The doctors told him to stay off his feet to get better….yeah right.
So in short, you should be getting some orders from other Minnesotans soon as I highly recommend your product and send a big THANK YOU with this reorder!

I hope that today finds you doing well. My name is Michael and my son is just finishing his second bottle of Oscine right now. We have found that the product has made a Huge difference in relieving his heel pain.. He had a severe case of Severs disease and in researching that illness we came across your website. We have given your website to many of our friends that had the same problem with larger highly athletic sons.
Justin is a very tall 9 yr. old and an outstanding athlete. He plays both baseball and basketball with 11&12 yr. olds in the local leagues here in Gwinnett county. His heel pain got so bad during travel ball that he could hardly play the second game of double headers. I was worried that he would not be able to play basketball this season because of his severe heel pain. We found out about your product in the fall of this year and have been taking it ever since. It took the whole first bottle before he started to notice real relief but he has gotten much better since that time. I do have a question regarding dosage. Justin still has heel pain but only right after very intense activity. Is this normal and is there any adverse side effects to using smaller dosages such as 1 pill per day on a maintenance plan? I am writing to thank you for supplying us with your Oscon Tablets for my daughters severs. We first made contact with you in July in regards to my daughter Sammy having severs. Sammy is a runner and has represented her province for a number of years. She is 13 years old. In early June Sammy first started experiencing severs which continually got worse and to the stage that she could not run at all. She was having a major growth spurt at this time as well. We contacted you and were very impressed when we received our first supply of tablets within 10 days of ordering. Sammy initially took 2 tablets a day for two months. Within a couple of weeks her pain had decreased a bit. By the end of the month she was back into training although only about 3 times a week as her heels would not hold up for more than that.
By the end of two months she was back into her full time training programme with her coach (which is 5 – 6 times a week of different intensity). She has had no problems with her severs for the last two months. she are still taking one tablet a day as she is still growing. Could you please advise if there is any problem with taking a tablet a day. I have seen that you should not take too much selenium (which is what I think is in this tablet).
Once again thank you very much – we have had a number of people come up to us commenting on how fast Sammy has got over her severs. I think a lot of this has to do with (a) her coach overseeing her training really well and (b) the Oscon tablets which I think have made a huge difference. Sammy’s coach has advised us that she may have another growth spurt at 15 so we will wait and see but I would have no hesitation in ordering any more of these tablets.

My son used Oscon last year during basketball season, and it worked wonders.
I stumbled upon your website at that time when I was researching alternatives for Osgood-Schlatter. My son is very competitive and was very unhappy/miserable with having to sit out practices and games because of the pain. I researched for several nights on the computer (I work full-time) desperate to help him out with something natural.

My son Harley, has nearly finished his 1st bottle and it took the 3 weeks to kick in. We have seen chiropractors, physio’s and the podiatrist and none of the exercises gave him relief. Harley is an avid sports – teenager (he is 12 nearly 13) and it depressed him immensely putting up with the pain.

Hi Gary,
I am looking for some advice, my son has been taking the Oscon vitamins for his Severs Disease, he is still on 2 a day and has about 9 days left on the first bottle, the pain has now reduced to one point on his heels. When he starts the next bottle should he reduce it to one a day if he still has the pain on the bump or does he need to be pain free to reduce to one a day?
I have to say he has suffered with this for about 2 years, he is a keen footballer and has often had to leave the pitch hobbling but since taking the Oscon vitamins and receiving physio advice on stretching he has been able to walk after each match! I am just hoping they will help him recover fully, but so far we are very impressed.

the pain gradually subsided over about 2 weeks ( with a basketball tournament on day three of taking Oscon.) He (12 y.o.) played at the tournament with his pain reduced by 50% from where it was at pre-Oscine. Now the bump remains at day 27 with pain when it is pressed but he is doing well playing. We want to get rid of the bump.

My daughter is 14, she plays softball and basketball. This is her fourth year playing ASA softball. She has been the only catcher for 3 of those years. For the last couple of years, she has complained about her knee hurting. This year, we decided to take her to the doctor before the season got going. I know you have heard this before, but I couldn’t believe it, our doctor more or less told her to stop playing sports and anything that involved running, jumping etc. The doctor even told us what to do if her kneecap popped out of place. The doctor told us there wasn’t anything that could be done, no kneepads, and would eventually have to get surgery if my daughter kept up her sports. By this time, as you can imagine, my daughter was pretty scared. The doctor gave us no hope, just anti-inflammatory pills, which, by the way, didn’t help. We immediately came home and looked up Osgood-Schlatter disease, your page was the first one I looked at, and bought the Oscon and kneepad that night. You were so right, by the 10th day the swelling on her knee was gone. The swelling had been there so long, I thought that was just how her knee was. We ended up ordering another bottle, I should have bought 2 in the beginning, my daughter took 2 pills for two more weeks and now she just takes one. The pain in her knee is gone. This last weekend, her team played 3 games back to back; there was no pain at all. The kneepad was such a blessing. When she first got it, she noticed right away, how much protection it gave her when she caught. After practice and games, it’s so nice not to hear her say how much her knee hurts. Hi there Gary,
I purchased some Oscon for my son and he started using it on Feb.25. Within the first 4 days he felt relief on his left knee. At the time it was only the left knee that hurt. About two weeks his right knee started hurting and when I looked at it, it had the bump as well. Today the pain in the right knee is also down but it is little bit more sore than the left.
I wanted you to know that the product is working. Although I thought it was strange that the second knee started to hurt even though he had been taking the Oscon before it started. Anyways it is working. (Comment: It is likely that he injured the other knee at the tendon insertion point. It should also respond soon.) One more question. I bought two bottles, enough for 60 days. If there is no more pain, do we discontinue at that point? Is the product good for other types of muscular inflammation? (Yes to both questions.)

Dear Gary,
This will be my sons second treatment of Oscon. Last year he was suffering terribly with his legs, unable to walk after football matches, being a league player and all round sportsman I took him to the doctors here in England three times and was told that he would have to stop playing sport for at least three months. We ordered your tablets and a knee support and within 10 days his knees showed a remarkable improvement. He finished his tablets over three months ago and has been playing sport ever since including Rugby, Football 3x per week, swimming and Gymnastics. This weekend is the first time his legs have started to hurt again and straight away he asked for your tablets, he has had no side effects or problems in any way and I have recommended these tablets to everyone we know as this seems to be quite a problem with boys who do a lot of sport in the age group of 12 -15 and the only cure available here in England seems to be rest according to the doctors. Harry is looking forward to his delivery with great anticipation and the hope that these tablets will relieve his pain again without a break in his training. I would like to know if there is a maximum of times that he can take these tablets. (Answer: There is no maximum time or loss of efficacy after repetitive treatment with Oscon.)

We have followed your advice about the capsules and mixed them with syrup. Katie has been taking the Oscon for six weeks. As she is small for her age I have given her one capsule per day, the results have been dramatic. She could not climb the stairs at home or put any weight onto the bad knee, she is now back in light training at her athletic club and walking without a limp. We do not have to use any ice following her training and merely ensure she is warmed up and that she regularly does her stretching exercises on her legs. We are looking forward to the coming outdoor season and have ordered another supply of Oscon. Still no joy with swallowing the capsules though, we will have to keep working on that!!!

I must admit that I was a bit hesitant to try Oscon but I was at my wits end with my son’s heel pain. He has been plagued with Severs on and off for 3 years now (12 year old soccer player). One week of Oscon, his pain was substantially subsided, by 2 1/2 weeks, his pain is totally gone. He has been playing futsal on a cement court in addition to outdoor soccer and has no pain at all! My daughter- Kasey- has a terrible case of Osgood-Schlatter. We thought she would not be able to play basketball at all this season. After 8 weeks of Oscon and wearing your knee braces she was able to take the court again. She continues to ice them afterwards and she has to take 2 aspirin before she plays but with all this she can play almost pain free. This product worked wonderfully taking a full week for noticable improvement but less than the 30 days for major improvement. We were delighted. My son has pain laterally now and still very painful bumps. It has been 3 months since he completed the first supply. We are anxious for the second trial and the results.
